What does hybrid participation actually mean?
You can attend my seminars either in person in Hirschberg or live online via Zoom – whichever suits your daily life best. Both options are fully equivalent. Hybrid means: You’re right in the middle of it – no matter where you are. And what makes it special: This is the world’s first hybrid Face Reading training – personal, live, and interactive.
How it works:
The training takes place in my bright, light-filled seminar room – with a group attending on-site. At the same time, the entire training is streamed live online via camera and microphone in real time.

Online participants are fully integrated into the seminar experience at all times.
High-quality audio and camera equipment in the seminar room ensures that you can clearly hear and see both me as the trainer and all contributions from the group. You see the materials being presented, experience the group dynamics in real time, and are connected to the room via audio and video.
You can ask questions, share your thoughts, and take part in discussions – just like the participants on site.
You’ll also be actively involved in all interactive exercises and group work – whether in breakout rooms with other online participants or in mixed groups with on-site attendees, connected via iPads and guided by clear instructions.
And to make sure you feel fully supported as an online participant, my partner Sandra joins as a dedicated co-host. She focuses entirely on you and the online group – ensuring everything runs smoothly, sharing key insights, and making sure your voice is heard.
