General Terms of Registration

I’m very happy about your registration. As soon as I receive your booking, I’ll send you a confirmation via email.

To reserve your spot in the training, I ask for a deposit of 30% of the total price. You’ll receive the invoice within one week after registering. The remaining amount is due no later than four weeks before the training begins.

If you’re unable to attend the training due to illness, you can reschedule to a later date at no additional cost. In this case, please provide a medical certificate.

If you wish to cancel your participation entirely, the following cancellation fees apply depending on the time of withdrawal:

• Up to 30 days before the first training date: 30% of the training fee

• Up to 15 days before the start of the training: 50% of the training fee

• After that: the full training fee. (Unless the spot can be filled in time by someone else.)

Daniel Neuhaus reserves the right to make short-term changes to the scheduled dates of each event. Workshops may be canceled or rescheduled, for example, due to the illness of the instructor or an insufficient number of participants. If a workshop is canceled for reasons that lie within the responsibility of the organizer, any payment already made will be fully refunded. Specific cancellation policies may apply to individual events. Otherwise, the conditions stated here apply.

In cases of force majeure (e.g. natural disasters, pandemics), the organizer reserves the right to postpone or cancel the event without being obliged to provide compensation or a refund.
